Mneme AI is an AI-powered data analysis platform that allows you to:
- Import and analyze your data
- Chat with AI to get insights
- Generate professional reports
- Export and share your analyses
3. User Account
To use Mneme AI, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Be at least 18 years old
- Keep your credentials confidential
- Notify us of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Upload malicious content or malware
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Overload our infrastructure
- Resell the service without authorization
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. By using Mneme AI, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the service. We do not access your data except to provide the service or upon your explicit request.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
Mneme AI and its content (logo, design, code) are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mneme AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of Terms violation. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to French courts.
